Services Provided

Tripology provides travel-related services including, but not limited to, air ticketing, hotel bookings, domestic and international holiday packages, and visa processing assistance.

Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Full or partial payment (as specified at the time of booking) is required to secure a reservation.

  • Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, fuel surcharges, or airline/hotel price hikes until the booking is fully paid.

Visa Processing

  • Tripology acts as a facilitator for visa applications. We do not guarantee the issuance of a visa, as this is the sole prerogative of the respective Embassy or Consulate.

  • Service fees for visa processing are non-refundable, regardless of the visa outcome.

User Responsibility

  • Users must provide accurate information (Name as per Passport, Contact Details, etc.). Tripology is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect data provided by the user.

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents (Passport, Visa, Vaccination certificates).

Limitation of Liability

Tripology acts as an agent for third-party providers (Airlines, Hotels, Tour Operators). We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, accidents, or loss of baggage caused by these service providers.
