Return and Refund Policy

At Tripology, we strive to ensure a smooth experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is governed by the following terms:

Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Air Tickets: Refunds are subject to the specific airline’s “Fare Rules.” Some tickets are non-refundable.

  • Hotel/Packages: Cancellation charges apply based on the timeframe of the request.

  • Visa Services: Fees paid for visa processing and embassy fees are strictly non-refundable once the application has been initiated.

Refund Timeline

Once a refund request is approved and processed by the third-party provider (Airline/Hotel), Tripology will initiate the transfer to your original payment method.

  • Standard Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited within 7 to 10 working days.

Delivery of Physical Documents

For services involving the delivery of physical documents (e.g., Passports, Printed Vouchers):

  • Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 5 working days.

  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 10 working days.
